The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has conducted the results of the written examination conducted for the post of Port Officer on 26th February,2012.  The Written exam for post of Port Officer in AP Port Service was notified vide notification No. 22/2011.  Qualified candidates in this written examination will have to go for Document Verification on 9th August,2012 at 11:30 AM in the Commission's office.  The candidates should download the Call Letter, Two check lists, Attestation forms and other relevant formats. Procedure for selection:

The candidates will be called to appear for interview. The Venue, Date and Time for interview will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually.


The candidates will be on probation for a period of one year. At the end of the probationary period they will be subjected to an internal screening process to evaluate their performance before being confirmed in service. Probation may also be extended.

Place of Posting:

The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in INDIA.     The applied candidates should submit a hard copy of the E-application which is printed after online registration and it should be accompanied by the following documents:

• One recent passport size color photograph to be affixed in Hard Copy of e-Application and the application should be signed.
• Age Proof (Self attested Photo Copy of SSLC or Higher Secondary Mark Sheet or Transfer Certificate).
• Self attested Photo Copy of Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate and SSLC, Higher Secondary & Consolidated Degree Mark Sheets.
• Experience Certificate(s).

The printed hard copy of the e-Application along with the enclosures stated above should reach us within 5 days from the date of Online eApplication registration and in any case not later than Aug 30, 2012.

E-mail will be sent to all the candidates with their registration number after filing the e-application.    The cover containing printed E-application should be super scribed as "Application for Recruitment of Agriculture Officer 2012" and it should be sent within 5 days from the date of online e-application filing not later than Aug 30, 2012 to:

Selection Process of ISRO Exam 2013

ISRO conducts the ISRO Exam for selection of Assistants almost every year. The eligible candidates are selected based on the performance in the ISRO Written test and the Interview. The candidates whose performance is good in written test and interview will be selected based on the order of merit.

Examination pattern of ISRO Exam 2013

The written examination for recruitment of ISRO Assistants consists of 2 papers - Paper I and Paper II. Each paper consists of 100 marks. There is no prescribed syllabus for ISRO Exam for Assistants but you can check the previous year question papers and see the pattern of the ISRO exam so that you can prepare for ISRO exam 2013. The Paper I contains questions on General English and General Studies. The descriptive questions in English consists of only 2 questions - Essay and Letter writing which carry 10 marks each. The General Studies section consists of questions on "Test of Reasoning". The duration of ISRO Exam paper I is 2 hours. Paper II consists of questions on Arithmetic, GK and computer literacy. The duration of paper II is 2 1/2 hours.

Eligibility for ISRO Exam 2013:-

Any University Degree ( B.A / B.Sc. / B.com   etc..)  or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 60% .  

AGE : 35 years as on 28-02-2013
